RJ Crochet ("we", "our", or "us") is a handmade crochet business owned and operated by Anastasia. All products are designed and handmade with care. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website. 

Products

• All RJ Crochet items are handmade, which means slight variations in color, size and texture may occur. These are part of each product's unique charm and are not considered defects.
• Product descriptions and photos aim to be as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences or yarn dye lots.

Placing an order

• Orders can be placed directly on the RJ Crochet website using the checkout system.
• By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. If the incorrect information is provided, please contact hello.rjcrochet@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order and corrected information.
• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if the order contains errors. 

Pricing and Payments

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• All orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery

• RJ Crochet currently ships within the United States only.
• Estimated processing times are provided on product listings. Handmade items may require additional time depending on order volume.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary; I am not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.

Return Policy

Since all products are handmade, RJ Crochet does not accept general returns or exchanges. However, the goal at RJ Crochet is to ensure each customer is happy with their purchase:

• Damaged or incorrect items: Contact hello.rjcrochet@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. RJ Crochet will work with you to replace, repair, or provide a store credit for your order.
• Custom orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
• Order cancellations: If you need to cancel a made-to-order item, please contact hello.rjcrochet@gmail.com as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee cancellations once production has begun.

All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis, and RJ Crochet aims to provide a friendly and fair solution.
